Martin (used, 1935 - circa) Style 1 Ukulele
#ISI1952, in very good plus condition with original canvas bag.
This handsome Style 1 was made sometime, most likely, in the 1930s or early ‘40s. It is in very good plus condition with the original and yet dilapidated canvas carrying bag that these things had back in the old days. This small but capable instrument has power, projection and punch, even when played softly, and takes its rightful position as being one of the most desirable vintage ukuleles in our stable.
Our Discount Price is $773.00 and Our Cash Discount Price is $750.00.

Prewar ukulele-banjos
are becoming harder to find nowadays.
This playable 4-string tiny instrument with 16 brackets, nuts and shoes has a period or original skin head, an old bridge with ebony "no tip" section, the tailpiece is a newer "Grover Patent." This banjo has its original skin head which gives it a very traditional woody old time sound.

Favilla (used, 1950) Model UH-6 six-string tenor ukulele
#600203, in excellent condition with apparently original chipboard alligator-style case.
This made-in-New York all-mahogany body uke, with the Favilla decal peghead logo, is quite unusual because it has six strings. Two of the courses are doubled, and one of the strings is an octave higher than the other - like a 12-string guitar. To look at this ukulele quickly it is quite convincingly mistaken for a C F Martin brand instrument. However, it is a bit deeper body than a Martin – being 3 7/16” deep at the bottom side, having a scale length of 16” and a width of 9 ¼” at the lower bout. The total length is around 27”.
Our Discount Price is $876.00 and Our Cash Discount Price is $850.00.
